Dear Margie, Bob, Jim, and Susan, and all of your dear family, I am so saddened at hearing of the loss of dear Bob. I have been in Texas at graduations of two grandchildren, and heard this sad news the other day. I would love to be with you. Such beautiful memories, yet such sorrow. God bless each of you. Bob was the best uncle a young boy could ever have. I spent quite a few Summers with Bob and Margie in New Haven, Poughkeepsie, Endicott, PA and Michigan. I have so many memories. He would come see us in Brooklyn from time to time, like at Christmas time. He attended my baseball and football events when he could. We shared a love of sports and he and I both loved to mix it up in the yard. Marge and Bob brought me to the St. Lawrence river, Thousand Islands on vacation where he helped me learn to swim. He was always gentle and kind to me. I remember being in the den late at night and Bob would come to say goodnight and told me, "you stay up as late as you want (tv) and anything you want to eat help yourself. I figured that was a pretty good deal! I had a great time with my beloved Uncle and his beautiful lady Margie. My family always thought Margie was a beautiful, wonderful person. She used to find peach pits hidden in the bedroom. I think that made her laugh. God bless them both because they were so generous and kind to me always. Love never dies.

Margie and Family - I'm so sorry for your loss. Bob was more than a friend and golfing partner. He was an advisor and a consultant who I went to often. Our days in Raleigh were the best and I'd never forget them. Prayers of course and may you experience His peace which surpasses all our understanding.

So many happy memories of Mr. Parajon. 1. My father telling us how Bob meet him at the airport with a skycap expressing proudly to skycap driver how he needed to make sure his best friend Artie made his flight. 2. Mr Parajon asking if you wanted a drink and then calling "Margie". 3. Mr Parajon enthusiastically greeting us and making such a fuss over each of the Callaghan girls every time we saw him.
I said to my mom it feels like the end of an era. The parajon family is in our thoughts and prayers and our memories forever . Jane and Dee Callaghan
