Nancy A. Fahrmeier

On Easter Sunday 2017, Nancy Allen Fahrmeier peacefully crossed into Eternal Life. She was in the presence of her husband and two children - the family she spent a lifetime loving and caring for.

Born on Easter Sunday, April 13, 1941, Nancy was the daughter of the late Robert E. Allen and Cornelia J. Allen and loving sister to the late Elizabeth A. Stavnitski of Hilton Head, SC.

People from every walk of life were welcomed by Nancy’s smile and, through the warmth of her presence, could see the beauty in themselves and others. She lived with integrity and courage, joy and enthusiasm, and was known for her attention to every thoughtful detail.

Nancy graduated from the Ohio State University where she met her husband of 52 years Raymond Fahrmeier. Together with Ray, Nancy enjoyed exploring the world through travel, singing with several choruses over the years, and devotion to her family and home.

She is survived by her husband Ray, her son John Fahrmeier and wife Judy of Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter Lynne Fahrmeier Williams and husband Tony of Williamsburg, Virginia, and her four grandchildren in which she took such pride, granddaughters Anna, Catherine, and Elizabeth, and grandson Paul, beloved sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, loving extended family, and dear friends.

Thank you to our faith community who has sustained us through prayer and love during a long season.
